UTEP Students
UTEP students are bright and hardworking, thoughtful, persistent, and committed to social justice through education. Students applying to UTEP are interested in becoming the best classroom teachers in urban schools. They see themselves growing into the next generation of teacher leaders in CPS and other urban districts like it around the country.
Third Year U of C students can apply as undergraduates and begin in their 4th year and continue for 15 months after receipt of their BA.
Fourth Year students can apply to UTEP to begin as part time graduate students for the first year, and then full time for the internship experience.
UTEP is now open to students outside of the University as a graduate program. First year students enter as part time graduate students, and become full time students for the second year and half.
